TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to happyprintersinc.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Happy Printers, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or utilizing our apparel customization and printing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or placing an order. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our Site or services.
1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Happy Printers, Inc. provides high-quality custom apparel, branding, and specialized printing services, including but not limited to:
Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG) printing
Traditional Screenprinting and Custom Embroidery
Dye Sublimation and Custom Engraving
Direct UV Printing and UV DTF Decals
LIQUID 3D™ dimensional emblem decoration
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time without prior notice.
2. CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND CONTENT SUBMISSION
When you upload, email, or submit designs, logos, text, or artwork (collectively, "User Content") for custom production, you agree to the following:
Ownership & Licensing: You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, trademarks, and permissions to use and reproduce the User Content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Printers, Inc. against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from copyright or trademark infringement allegations related to your submitted artwork.
Quality Disclaimer: You are responsible for the quality, resolution, and accuracy of all submitted artwork. We are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to reject and refuse to print any content that we deem unlawful, highly offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. ORDER APPROVAL, PROOFS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Digital Proofs: If digital proofs are provided for approval, it is your responsibility to thoroughly check spelling, colors, layout, design placement, and sizing. Once you approve a proof, Happy Printers, Inc. is not liable for any layout, design, or typographical errors.
Order Changes & Cancellations: Because our products are custom-made to order, production prep begins immediately after payment and proof approval. Once an order is in production, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or modifications.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Pricing: All prices on our website or custom quotes are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we begin production on any custom order unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed commercial contract.
Payment Processing: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments via secure third-party processors. Happy Printers, Inc. does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
5. SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT, AND DELIVERY
Production Times: Estimated production turnaround times are provided as guidelines, not guarantees. We make every effort to meet deadlines, but production times may fluctuate based on supply chain availability, order volume, and complexity.
Shipping Carrier Liability: Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to a third-party shipping carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS), risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. We are not liable for shipping delays, weather-related interruptions, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DEFECTS
No Returns on Custom Goods: Due to the highly customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom-printed apparel or engraved items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
Defect Notification: If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect or a printing error that departs from your approved digital proof, you must notify us in writing within five (5) business days of receiving your shipment. Please email us at manager@happyprintersinc.com with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your claim and, if a defect is verified, we will arrange for a reprint or store credit at our discretion.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Printers, Inc., its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use—incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, our Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Oakland County or Wayne County, Michigan.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our Site or services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
